Thinking About Joining?

Membership is open year-round, but joining early in 2026 provides the greatest value, as NCGA fees are assessed annually and are not prorated.

  2. Select “Sign In / Register” from the menu bar

  3. Create an account, choose your membership option, and complete registration

Boundary Oak Resident Discount Card

Walnut Creek residents may purchase a Boundary Oak Resident Discount Card:

  • 💳 $30 for two years

  • 💰 $7 discount per round

  • 📄 Proof of residency required (utility bill such as PG&E or EBMUD)

Please visit the Boundary Oak Pro Shop to obtain or renew your card. If you already have a card, we recommend confirming it is not nearing expiration.

Association Membership & Benefits

WCMGC is registered with the USGA and the Northern California Golf Association (NCGA).
Membership includes access to:

Tournaments & Play Opportunities

The Club conducts 20+ tournaments annually at Boundary Oak, offering formats for all skill levels, including:

  • 🏆 Club Championship

  • ⚔️ Individual & Team Match Play

  • ⛳ Scratch, Net, and Scramble events

 

Multiple flights are used to ensure fair and competitive play. Most tournaments are held on weekend mornings. In addition, members may participate in Monday and Wednesday morning “skins games”, which are informal and not part of the official Club schedule.

Local Rules

Members are encouraged to download and review the Club’s Local Rules, which address Boundary Oak-specific course features and Club scoring procedures.

Club Leadership & Volunteers

WCMGC is governed by an elected nine-member Board of Directors, supported by appointed Committee Members. Each Board member serves a three-year term.

The Club relies on dedicated volunteers to support:

  • Board operations

  • Tournaments

  • Membership

  • Treasury functions

Volunteer positions are unpaid, but membership fees are waived as a thank-you for service. If you are interested in volunteering or learning more about Board service, please contact president@walnutcreekmgc.com.
